Indy Fab XS -- dream bike

Building a custom frame is one of the most rewarding projects here at Studio Velo. From start to finish, this is the ultimate in building a life-long relationship not only with the builders, Independent Fabrication, but with our client.

As many of you already know, Indy Fab frames hold a very special place in our hearts. We ride their bikes, road, mountain and cross and even get first shot at test riding their latest and greatest year in and year out. (see their latest creation that is on the way to us next month: http://ifbikesblog.blogspot.com/2010/10/tiflw-v2-wicked.html)

Today we received a client's new Independent Fabrication XS, a Ti Carbon blend that offers the best ride quality in the world. It is light (sub 1000 grams for a ~56cm frame), ultra smooth and handles like a race horse in corners and descents. This particular frame is simply gorgeous.

I suggest you frame lovers come see this frame before it leaves our store later this week. This XS will be equipped with Shimano's Di2, a pair of Mavic's latest Rys wheels, and some nice finishing points such as a Chris King Headset, a Deda carbon bar, and an FSA wireless SRM.

Enjoy... and lust!
